Harish gained recognition for distributing several blockbuster Telugu films, including Dookudu, Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Aagadu, 1: Nenokkadine, Robo, and Race Gurram. He notably became the first US distributor to achieve the million-dollar mark in Tollywood with Dookudu, starring Superstar Mahesh Babu.
His final distribution venture was the successful 2016 release Janatha Garage.
