“Best wishes to Shri L.K. Advani Ji on his birthday. This year is even more special because he was conferred the Bharat Ratna for his outstanding service to our nation,” PM Modi wrote on X (formerly Twitter), referring to Advani’s recent receipt of India’s highest civilian honor, the Bharat Ratna.
