Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker Ayyanna Patrudu Requests No New Year Visits in Honor of Dr. Manmohan Singh

In accordance with the central government’s declaration of seven days of national mourning for Dr. Singh, Speaker Ayyanna Patrudu has decided that participating in celebratory events during this mourning period would be inappropriate. As a result, he has requested that no visitors come to his residence on January 1 for New Year wishes, urging everyone to observe the solemnity of the moment and honor the late statesman’s legacy.
