He compared his current physical condition to his past strength, sharing with the crowd: “There was once a time when I could bear granite stones on my chest and perform martial arts. But with time, I became weaker, and now I am in a condition where I can’t even pick up my six-year-old son, let alone my elder one, Akira. This is mostly due to the immense pressure of politics, which has taken a toll on me,” he admitted.
Kalyan’s health has been a topic of concern recently, as he has frequently been ill, exhibiting symptoms of fever at an alarming rate. However, he assured his fans that he would soon be back on track, promising a quick recovery with their blessings.
Turning to his film career, Kalyan reassured his fans that his upcoming film OG is on track and will provide them with a good experience. He also addressed rumors about his retirement from acting, clearly stating that he had no intention of retiring from films, despite speculations.
In a lighter moment, Kalyan took a dig at the ruling YSR Congress Party (YCP), saying, “This is our 11th year in politics, and we have confined them (YCP) to just 11 seats.”
