Hanumangarh’s Mahesh Kumar Tops NEET UG 2025 with 686 Marks; Rajasthan Shines Again
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the results of the NEET UG 2025, the premier entrance examination for undergraduate medical courses across India. In a proud moment for Rajasthan, Mahesh Kumar from Hanumangarh has emerged as the All India Rank 1 (AIR 1) topper, securing 686 out of 720 marks.
Mahesh, a student of a reputed coaching institute in Sikar, has been preparing rigorously for the past three years, driven by his dream of becoming a doctor. His journey to the top has been a story of hard work, discipline, and resilience. Coming from a modest family background with both parents in government service, Mahesh’s achievement has brought immense pride to his family, hometown, and state.
His victory has once again placed Sikar on the map as a growing powerhouse for competitive exam coaching, particularly in medical and engineering streams.
This year, over 20 lakh students appeared for NEET UG 2025, held on May 4, making it one of the largest entrance exams in the country. The official results and final answer key are now available on the NTA’s portals — neet.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in.
