Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, now 59, recently opened up about his health struggles and the reason behind his decision to remain unmarried. Despite being one of India’s most eligible bachelors for decades, Salman revealed that health concerns and professional commitments have significantly influenced his personal life choices.
Speaking candidly in a recent interaction, the actor disclosed that he has been battling AV malformation and a brain aneurysm, both serious medical conditions.
“To excel as an actor, we have to work very hard. I often get injured while doing action sequences. Alongside those, I’ve been dealing with health issues like trigeminal neuralgia and brain aneurysm,” Salman said. Despite these challenges, he made it clear that he has no intention of stepping back from his professional commitments.
“I continue my life with these conditions. I’ve made peace with them,” he added. When asked about his decision to stay unmarried, Salman explained that his health and career have taken precedence. “Marriage has not been a priority for me. I’m content with my acting journey and truly happy being with my family.”
The actor’s revelation gives fans a rare glimpse into the personal and emotional aspects of his life — showing not just the star, but the man behind the fame, navigating challenges with resilience and grace.
