Air India Express, India’s pioneering international budget airline, has initiated a new direct flight route connecting Uttar Pradesh’s capital, Lucknow, to Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The inaugural flight signifies a noteworthy advancement for both travelers and the aviation sector, bolstering connectivity between these two prominent destinations.
Ras Al Khaimah now stands as the ninth international destination accessible from Chaudhary Charan Singh International (CCSI) Airport.
On Thursday, May 2, the maiden flight, carrying 170 passengers, departed from Lucknow at 8:35 am IST, reaching Ras Al Khaimah at 10:55 am IST.
The airline will operate flights from Lucknow to Ras Al Khaimah on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, while services from Ras Al Khaimah to Lucknow will be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
Furthermore, in March, Air India Express introduced non-stop flight services from Lucknow to Muscat and Dammam, further expanding its network and accessibility.
