Harish Shankar’s Next Projects Amid Pawan Kalyan’s Political Commitments
After a significant hiatus, acclaimed director Harish Shankar was set to direct “Bhavadeeyudu Bhagath Singh” featuring Powerstar Pawan Kalyan. The project evolved into “Ustaad Bhagat Singh” by incorporating elements from the ‘Theri’ remake. However, due to Pawan Kalyan’s political engagements, the film has faced delays.
According to insider reports, with the postponement of “Ustaad Bhagat Singh,” Harish Shankar has agreed to direct the Telugu remake of the Bollywood movie ‘Raid,’ titled “Mr Bachhan,” starring Raviteja. Upon completion of this film, he is expected to collaborate with Pawan Kalyan, provided the Janasena president is available.
Given the possibility of the alliance winning in Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan might require more time before returning to film sets. Consequently, Harish Shankar is reportedly planning another project.
There is strong speculation that Harish Shankar will direct hero Ram Pothineni’s next film after “Double Ismart.” Whether this new venture will be an original film or a remake is yet to be determined, but the buzz around a quick collaboration between Ram and Harish is gaining momentum. Time will reveal the details of this potential partnership.
