New Delhi: AAP MP Swati Maliwal visited Tis Hazari court on Friday to provide her statement before a magistrate regarding the alleged assault by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar, according to officials.
Maliwal departed from her residence around 11 am accompanied by a team from the Delhi Police.
Earlier in the week, Maliwal filed a complaint at the Civil Lines police station alleging assault by a member of Kejriwal’s personal staff at the chief minister’s official residence.
Officials confirmed that the Delhi Police registered an FIR in the case on Thursday, naming Kumar as a suspect.
