Hyderabad: The results of the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Tests (EAPCET) 2024 were officially announced on Saturday.
In the engineering stream, out of 2,40,618 students who appeared for the examination, 1,80,424 candidates (74.98%) have qualified for admission. Among the male candidates, 1,06,162 out of 1,42,716 (74.38%) qualified, while among the female candidates, 74,262 out of 97,902 (75.85%) qualified.
For the agriculture and pharmacy stream, 91,633 candidates appeared for the test, with 82,163 of them (89.66%) qualifying. Among male candidates, 21,768 out of 24,664 (88.25%) qualified, and among female candidates, 60,395 out of 66,969 (89.95%) qualified.
The Telangana State EAPCET examination, conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH), took place across 21 test zones with 165 test centers from May 7 to 11, encompassing 134 centers in Telangana and 31 centers in Andhra Pradesh.
