New Delhi: Honasa Consumer Ltd, the parent company of Mamaearth led by Ghazal Alagh and Varun Alagh, announced today a quarterly profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 30 crore for the January-March quarter of this year.

For the fiscal year FY24, Honasa reported a PAT of Rs 111 crore with a 7.1 per cent growth in EBITDA. The company noted a robust growth in revenue from operations, increasing by 21.5 per cent year-on-year for the quarter and 28.6 per cent for the full fiscal year.

Varun Alagh, commenting on the performance, attributed Mamaearth’s enduring popularity among consumers as a significant driver of their sustained success. He highlighted The Derma Co.’s rapid growth, achieving an annual run rate (ARR) of over Rs 500 crore, underscoring Honasa’s capability in developing and scaling new-age beauty brands.

In Q4 FY24, Honasa’s consolidated revenue reached Rs 471 crore. New product launches contributed approximately 18 per cent to the revenue from operations during FY24.

Internally, Honasa estimates its products command more than 30 per cent market share across major online sunscreen channels, reflecting strong consumer preference.

In response to evolving consumer preferences, Mamaearth has strategically entered the personal wash segment, aiming to capture a share of the Rs 25,000 crore personal wash market.
