New Delhi: On Monday, a magisterial court reserved its decision on the bail plea of Bibhav Kumar, an aide to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, in the Swati Maliwal assault case until 5 PM.
Kumar stands accused of assaulting the AAP Rajya Sabha member at the Chief Minister’s residence on May 13.
He was remanded to judicial custody for four days on May 24.
After hearing the arguments, Metropolitan Magistrate Gaurav Goyal reserved the order.
