Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has announced the allocation of portfolios to the ministers in his cabinet, with a significant share of responsibilities handed to Pawan Kalyan, who has been appointed as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Pawan Kalyan has been assigned several key departments including Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Rural Water Supply, Environment, Forests, and Science and Technology.
Key Portfolios Distributed Among Ministers
Nara Lokesh has been entrusted with the portfolios of Real-Time Governance, Human Resource Development, and the IT Ministry, which he previously managed.
Anita Vangalapudi has been given charge of the Home Department and Disaster Management, as expected, while Chief Minister Naidu continues to oversee peace and security.
Senior Politicians and Their Responsibilities
Senior politician Achchennayudi, who led the party during the elections as the President of AP TDP, has been allocated important departments such as Agriculture, Cooperation, Marketing, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, and Fisheries.
Payyavula Keshav, who has become a minister for the first time, will handle the Finance Department and the affairs of the Assembly. Additionally, he has been assigned the portfolios of Planning and Commercial Taxes.
Kollu Ravindra has been given the Excise and Mines portfolios, while Gottipati Ravi will manage the Energy Resources Department.
Focus on Urban and Water Resource Development
Ponguru Narayan has been entrusted with Urban Administration and Urban Development, and Nimmala Ramanaidu has been assigned the Water Resources Development Department, which includes overseeing the Polavaram project.
Satyakumar, a BJP contest winner, will manage Health, Family Welfare, and Medical Education.

Kandula Durgesh has been allotted the Departments of Tourism, Culture, and Cinematography. G. Sandhyarani will manage Women and Child Welfare and Tribal Welfare.

BC Janarthan Reddy has been assigned the Roads and Buildings, Infrastructure, and Investment departments. TG Bharat will manage Industries and Commerce, as well as Food Processing.
