Ram Charan’s Game Changer Set for Grand Release with Special Ticket Price Increase in Andhra Pradesh
The much-anticipated film Game Changer, starring global superstar Ram Charan and directed by renowned filmmaker Shankar, is poised to make a grand debut on January 10, 2025, as a Sankranti festival treat. Produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations, the big-budget film has been generating immense buzz among fans and film enthusiasts.
In light of the excitement surrounding the film’s release, the Andhra Pradesh government has granted permission for an increase in ticket prices to accommodate the heightened demand. According to the official orders, benefit show tickets for Game Changer can now be sold for ₹600 each. These benefit shows are scheduled to begin at 1 AM on January 9, offering an early opportunity for fans to experience the film.
In addition to the benefit shows, the government has approved the screening of up to six shows on January 10, ensuring widespread access to the movie. The revised ticket pricing applies to both multiplex and single-screen theaters across the state. Multiplex theaters are permitted to charge an additional ₹175 per ticket, while single-screen theaters can charge up to ₹135 extra, providing a substantial boost to the film’s revenue potential in its opening days.
Furthermore, the Andhra Pradesh government has also sanctioned the screening of five shows per day at these revised prices from January 11 to January 23, extending the film’s presence in theaters for a longer period. This decision ensures that Game Changer will have a robust box office performance during its initial weeks.
