Nandamuri Balakrishna Donates Rs. 50 Lakhs Each to AP and Telangana CM Relief Funds
In a generous gesture to aid victims of recent floods in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, film celebrity Nandamuri Balakrishna has pledged Rs. 50 lakhs each to the Chief Minister Relief Funds of both states. On his behalf, his younger daughter, Nandamuri Tejaswini, met with Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to deliver a cheque for Rs. 50 lakhs.
The meeting, which also saw the presence of Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Congress leader Jietender Reddy, provided an opportunity for Tejaswini to discuss the donation and express her family’s support for the flood-affected communities.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed his gratitude to Tejaswini and her father for their substantial contribution, acknowledging their commitment to helping those in need.
Tejaswini, who is married to Visakhapatnam MP Bharat, has recently ventured into the film industry. She is co-producing her brother Mokshagna’s debut film alongside Sudhakar Cherukuri, with Prasanth Varma directing. The project is set to commence production shortly.
