Hyderabad: CBSE-Affiliated Schools to Review Internal Assessment Procedures
In response to the detection of significant discrepancies between theory and practical marks in certain subjects, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has directed affiliated schools to review their internal assessment procedures. Advanced AI tools were utilized to identify these variations.
It was found that over 50% of students in approximately 5,000 CBSE-affiliated schools exhibited substantial gaps between their theory and practical marks. Consequently, the CBSE has issued an advisory to these schools to undertake a thorough review of their internal assessment practices.
