Uncertain Future for ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ Amid Directional and Scheduling Challenges
Like many of Pawan Kalyan’s films, ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ had a promising start, but its progress has left fans losing hope. Director Krish departed from the project due to delays and other reasons, and the direction has now been taken over by Jyothi Krishna, son of producer AM Ratnam.
Despite Ratnam’s assurances that the film will release this year, various challenges cast doubt on this timeline. In a recent interview, AM Ratnam expressed confidence in Jyothi Krishna’s capability to complete the film smoothly. He also mentioned that both he and Pawan Kalyan, who have directorial experience, will provide valuable input to ensure the film’s completion.
However, fans remain skeptical. Jyothi Krishna’s previous directorial ventures, ‘Rules Ranjann’ and ‘Oxygen,’ were not well-received. AM Ratnam’s directorial experience is limited to two older films, ‘Peddarikam’ and ‘Sankalpam.’ Pawan Kalyan has also refrained from directing since his film ‘Jhonny’ was a significant failure.
Additionally, ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ faces competition from Pawan Kalyan’s highly anticipated film ‘OG,’ making a release in the same year unlikely. If Pawan Kalyan wins the upcoming elections, his political commitments will further complicate scheduling for ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu,’ which is already behind ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ and ‘OG’ in his priorities.
Given these obstacles, the future of ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ remains uncertain, and it remains to be seen how AM Ratnam will navigate these challenges to bring the film to theaters.
