About the UAE Golden Visa
The UAE golden visa, established by the UAE government in 2019, allows foreigners to live, work, and study in the country without the need for a national sponsor and grants 100 percent ownership of their business on the UAE mainland. These visas are issued for 5 or 10 years and are automatically renewable.
The golden visa is available to investors, entrepreneurs, individuals with exceptional talents, and researchers in various fields of technology and knowledge, as well as outstanding students.
As of January 25, the UAE has eliminated the minimum down payment requirement of one million dirhams for individuals seeking a golden visa through real estate investment.
