Putting an end to ongoing speculation about a rumored rift, Tollywood icon Nagarjuna Akkineni and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy were seen sharing warm vibes ahead of a major family celebration—the wedding of Nagarjuna’s younger son, Akhil Akkineni.
What fueled the buzz? After the Telangana government demolished the N Convention Centre, whispers of a political cold war between Revanth and Nagarjuna began swirling through the grapevine. But those assumptions took a hit recently when both were spotted at the same table during a pre-Miss World dinner soirée, appearing cordial and comfortable.
Now, making headlines again, Nagarjuna—alongside wife Amala Akkineni—paid a personal visit to Revanth Reddy, inviting him to Akhil’s wedding scheduled for June 6. Adding more sparkle to the moment, bride-to-be Zainab Ravdjee’s parents, Zulfi Ravdjee and her mother, were also seen in the frame, making it a picture of unity and celebration.
Zainab, daughter of industrialist Zulfi Ravdjee, is a Mumbai-based artist known for her abstract and impressionist art. Her brother, Zain Ravdjee, heads ZR Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. as Chairman and Managing Director. With her creative flair and influential lineage, Zainab is a unique addition to the Akkineni family.
This marks the second major wedding in the Akkineni household in recent times, following Naga Chaitanya’s nuptials last year. However, insiders reveal that Akhil’s wedding will be a much grander affair, complete with top-tier guests and glittering celebrations. On the professional front, Akhil is set to appear in his next cinematic outing, titled “Lenin”, stirring anticipation among fans. With political tension seemingly buried and wedding bells ringing loud, the Akkineni family appears to be stepping into a new chapter with joy, grace, and unity.
