DCP Akanksh Yadav Responds to Criticisms Over Allu Arjun’s Arrest
Recent criticisms have emerged regarding the police handling of Tollywood actor Allu Arjun’s arrest, particularly concerning claims that the actor was not given enough time to change clothes. These reports suggested that the police may have caused undue inconvenience to Allu Arjun during the arrest process.
DCP Clarifies the Incident
In response to the allegations, Hyderabad Central Zone DCP Akanksh Yadav addressed the concerns, providing clarification on the matter. He firmly stated that the police did not treat Allu Arjun rudely or disrespectfully during the arrest. According to Yadav, the actor was given ample time to change his attire before being taken into custody. Furthermore, he was also allowed to speak with his family members, ensuring that the process was conducted with due regard for the actor’s comfort.
Arrest Procedure Explained
DCP Yadav also elaborated on the arrest procedure, emphasizing that Allu Arjun was arrested only after he voluntarily stepped outside his residence and entered the police vehicle. The clarification aims to put to rest any speculation regarding the nature of the arrest and the treatment of the actor by the police.
