Opener Abhishek Porel contributed significantly with a quickfire 33-ball 58, setting the tone at the start, while a strong finish led by Tristan Stubbs, who remained unbeaten with a score of 57 runs off 25 deliveries, propelled DC beyond the 200-run mark.
In reply, Lucknow Super Giants managed to reach a total of 189 for nine despite valiant efforts from Nicholas Pooran, who scored a brisk 61 off 27 deliveries, and Arshad Khan, who remained unbeaten with 58 runs off 33 balls.
