Dubai-Based Indian Expatriate Wins $1 Million in Dubai Duty-Free Draw

Payal, a 42-year-old Indian expatriate residing in Dubai, emerged as the winner of one million dollars (Rs 8,34,84,600) in the Dubai Duty-Free (DDF) Millennium Millionaire Series 461 draw held on Thursday, May 16. Having lived in Dubai for 12 years, originally from Punjab, India, Payal regularly participates in DDF promotions, often purchasing tickets under her family members’ names during travels. Expressing gratitude to DDF organizers, Payal plans to allocate her winnings towards securing her children’s futures, supporting her brother in Australia, and contributing to charitable endeavors in Punjab. She joins a prestigious group as the 229th Indian winner since the inception of the Millennium Millionaire Show in 1999.
