Dubai-Jaipur Flight Makes Emergency Landing Due to Hoax Bomb Threat
Jaipur: An Air India Express flight from Dubai to Jaipur made an emergency landing at Jaipur airport early Saturday morning following a bomb threat that ultimately proved to be a hoax.
The flight, carrying 189 passengers, landed safely at 1:20 AM after authorities declared an emergency. Upon landing, the aircraft was thoroughly inspected, but no suspicious items were found.
This incident is part of a troubling trend, as multiple bomb threats have recently been reported on both domestic and international flights, primarily communicated via social media. Over the past week, more than 20 flights have faced similar threats, resulting in diversions, rescheduling, and heightened security responses across the aviation sector.
