Alia Bhatt Goes All Out to Promote ‘Jigra’ in Telugu States
Alia Bhatt is fully committed to promoting her upcoming film Jigra, taking special measures to ensure its success in the Telugu market. Set to release worldwide on October 11, the film will be distributed by Asian Suresh Entertainments LLP.
This marks Alia’s third consecutive project to receive a Telugu release, following her previous films RRR, Brahmastra Part 1, and Gangubai Kathiawadi, which all had simultaneous Telugu versions. Notably, Jigra is also her first film as a producer to be released in Telugu.
In a recent statement, Alia emphasized the significance of hosting a pre-release event in Hyderabad, expressing her admiration for the Telugu audience’s passion for cinema across languages. She shared a delightful personal anecdote about her daughter Raha’s love for the Oscar-winning song “Naatu Naatu,” revealing that they play the song daily at home. Alia humorously recounted how Raha insists she perform the song’s signature dance moves, showcasing her family’s connection to the film’s cultural impact.
