Renowned Filmmaker Rohit Shetty Explores New Parliament Building During ‘Singham 3’ Shoot
New Delhi: Filmmaker Rohit Shetty, currently engrossed in the production of his much-anticipated movie ‘Singham 3’, recently took a break from his busy schedule to visit the newly inaugurated Parliament building in the national capital.
On Wednesday morning, Rohit shared a glimpse of his visit on Instagram, posting a video from the iconic site. Dressed in a traditional white kurta-pyjama paired with a Nehru jacket, he captioned the post, ‘Naye Bharat ka naya Sansad Bhavan. Yeh sirf Parliament hi nahi, pura Bharat hai! Feeling proud, humbled and honoured #AtmanirbharBharat.’
His post sparked a flurry of reactions from fans in the comment section, with many expressing pride in the nation’s achievements.
The new Parliament building, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in May last year, stands as a symbol of modernity and efficiency. Designed in a triangular shape to maximize space utilization, it houses key chambers including the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, and a Central Lounge.
Constructed using a combination of red and white sandstone sourced from Rajasthan’s Sarmathura and Kesaria green stone from Udaipur, the building showcases exquisite craftsmanship and architectural finesse.
Notable personalities from the entertainment industry, including Badshah, Ayushmann Khurrana, Rakul Preet Singh, Jackky Bhagnani, Tamannaah Bhatia, Kangana Ranaut, Bhumi Pednekar, Esha Gupta, Divya Dutta, Dolly Singh, and Shehnaaz Gill, have also paid visits to the iconic structure.
Meanwhile, Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham 3’ is eagerly awaited by audiences, featuring a star-studded cast including Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, and Tiger Shroff, slated for release in the upcoming months.”
