Gautam Adani Hails ‘Operation Sindoor’, Highlights Adani Defence’s Role in AGM Address
Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, lauded the Indian Armed Forces for their bravery during Operation Sindoor while addressing the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Adani Enterprises on Tuesday. He emphasized that peace is never given freely but earned through the sacrifices of those who serve the nation.
“During Operation Sindoor, our brave men and women in uniform stood tall — not for fame, not for medals, but for duty,” Adani said. “Their courage reminded us that peace is never free. It is earned. The freedom to dream, to build, and to lead stands firmly on the shoulders of those who protect.”
Operation Sindoor, launched last month, targeted terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). Adani highlighted the involvement of Adani Defence, whose advanced drones and anti-drone systems supported the mission.
“When Operation Sindoor called, we delivered. Our drones served as both the eyes in the sky and the sword of attack. Our anti-drone systems helped safeguard our forces and civilians,” he noted, reaffirming the Group’s commitment to national security. “We don’t operate in safe zones. We operate where India needs us the most.”
Adani also paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the tragic Air India crash in Ahmedabad on June 12. “We bow our heads in grief for the lives lost. So many dreams were silenced in an instant,” he said solemnly.
