Hyderabad Court Issues Restraining Order Against Manchu Manoj Amid Family Dispute
A significant legal development has emerged in the ongoing dispute within the Manchu family, as the Hyderabad City Civil Court issued an interim restraining order against actor Manchu Manoj. The court directed Manoj to refrain from making any comments about his brother, Manchu Vishnu, on YouTube or other social media platforms that could potentially harm Vishnu’s reputation.
This ruling follows legal proceedings initiated by Vishnu’s counsel, who presented evidence suggesting that Manoj’s recent public statements had caused emotional distress to Vishnu. The court, upon reviewing the arguments, mandated Manoj to avoid discussing the matter on social media.
In a separate case, actor Mohan Babu, father of Manoj and Vishnu, encountered a setback at the Telangana High Court. He had filed a petition seeking protection from arrest in connection with an attempted murder case involving a journalist. However, the court denied Mohan Babu’s request for interim relief and instructed him to submit an affidavit confirming his presence in Hyderabad before any further decisions are made. The court has scheduled the next hearing for Monday.
