Hyderabad Police File Case Against Congress MLA Danam Nagender for Demolishing GHMC Park Wall
In Hyderabad, the Jubilee Hills police have initiated legal action against Danam Nagender, Congress MLA from Khairatabad, and his supporters for allegedly demolishing a wall at a Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) park. The complaint, filed by V Papaiah, the in-charge of GHMC’s Enforcement Vigilance & Disaster Management (EV&DM), accuses Nagender and his associates of destroying a wall at the Nandigiri Hills park.
Following the complaint, the police have registered a case under several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Prevention of Damage to Public Property (PDPP) Act. The case implicates Nagender and other individuals believed to be involved in the incident.
