“ICSI Invites Applications for Young Professionals in Regional Director Offices”
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced openings for Company Secretaries (CS) to join as young professionals at the offices of Regional Director (WR), Registrar of Companies in Mumbai and Pune. The application deadline is May 12, 2024, by 5:00 pm.
Eligibility Criteria: Qualified Company Secretaries with a minimum of two years of post-final examination experience are eligible to apply. Applicants must be under 35 years of age as of June 1, 2024.
Job Role: Selected professionals will initially serve for one year, with the possibility of extension up to four years. The first three months will be a probationary period, and candidates will be engaged on a full-time basis.
Salary Package: The role offers a fixed consolidated remuneration of Rs 40,000 per month, along with a conveyance allowance of Rs 1,000 per month. Young professionals will not receive additional benefits such as dearness allowance, transport facility, or medical reimbursement.
