IIIT Hyderabad Launches “AI for Medical Professionals” Course in Collaboration with NAMS and IHub-Data
Hyderabad: The International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIITH) has introduced a 12-week online course titled “AI for Medical Professionals,” in partnership with the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) and IHub-Data.
The course is aimed at empowering healthcare providers with the skills and knowledge necessary to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into clinical practice, thereby enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
Participants will delve into AI fundamentals, machine learning, deep learning, and their applications in medicine. The curriculum is designed to improve various aspects of medical practice, including screening, diagnosis, prognosis, and patient management. The program includes video lectures, tutorials, case studies, and assessments, culminating in certification upon completion.
This initiative underscores a commitment to advancing medical practice through innovative technologies and offers a comprehensive approach to leveraging AI in the healthcare sector.
