After a successful diplomatic mission in Japan, an all-party Indian parliamentary delegation has arrived in South Korea to further bolster India’s global campaign against terrorism, especially in the wake of the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack. The delegation is led by Janata Dal (United) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha and is part of India’s strategic outreach under Operation Sindoor, aimed at uniting global voices against cross-border terrorism.
In a statement released on Saturday, the Indian Embassy in South Korea emphasized, “The All-Party Parliamentary Delegation, led by MP Sanjay Kumar Jha, arrived in Seoul as part of India’s diplomatic outreach on #OperationSindoor. India stands committed to fighting terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. #NeverForgetNeverForgive.”
The diverse delegation includes key political figures across party lines—BJP MPs Aparajita Sarangi, Brij Lal, and Pradan Baruah; TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee; CPI(M) Rajya Sabha MP John Brittas; senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid; and Ambassador Mohan Kumar—underscoring a unified Indian stance.
JD(U) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha reaffirmed the delegation’s mission on social platform X:
“Arrived in Seoul with the all-party parliamentary delegation to carry forward India’s message of zero tolerance towards terrorism. The global consensus must be firm and unwavering. India remains committed to leading that resolve.”
BJP MP Aparajita Sarangi also shared her thoughts after a late-night landing:
“The Multi-Party Delegation will be working in Seoul over the next three days. Looking forward to continuing India’s efforts in global anti-terror cooperation.”
BJP MP Pradan Baruah added,
“It is imperative for the global community to adopt a resolute and unified approach—India remains at the forefront of this collective fight against terror.”
The visit continues India’s concerted diplomatic efforts to ensure international awareness and action against state-sponsored terrorism, highlighting the human cost of inaction and the need for global unity.
