Hyderabad: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Chief, JP Nadda, is scheduled to visit Telangana on April 29 to galvanize the party’s prospects in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections in the state.
According to a press release issued by the saffron party, Nadda will lead public meetings in Kothagudem at 10 am, followed by Mahabubabad at 12 pm. In the evening, he will address gatherings in Malkajgiri and Quthbullapur.
Telangana is set to cast its votes on May 13, as per the schedule outlined by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
Union Home Minister Amit Shah held a public meeting in Siddipet on April 25, extending support to the party’s candidate for the Medak Lok Sabha constituency, M Raghunandan Rao.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also slated to visit Telangana on April 30, May 3, and May 4 for his campaign.
On April 30, he will participate in a public meeting in Andole, followed by an interaction with IT employees in Serlingampally, Hyderabad. Additionally, he will hold meetings with eminent figures from various domains in the city.
On May 3, the Prime Minister will address public gatherings in Warangal, Bhuvanagiri, and Nalgonda. Subsequently, on May 4, he will engage with the electorate in Narayanpet and Vikarabad, as per the party’s announcement.
