Kejriwal Challenges RSS Chief Bhagwat with Five Key Questions on BJP’s Politics
In a pointed letter to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal has raised five critical questions regarding the BJP’s political strategies and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. Kejriwal, expressing his concerns about the current trajectory of the Bharatiya Janata Party-led government, warned that if the situation continues, it could jeopardize the country’s democracy.
During his “Janta Ki Adalat” rally, Kejriwal demanded clarity on several pressing issues. He questioned whether Bhagwat condones the BJP’s alleged practice of using central agencies to dismantle opposition parties and whether he supports the induction of leaders with corruption allegations into the party.
Additionally, Kejriwal sought clarification on the applicability of the BJP’s retirement age rules for leaders like Modi, compared to veteran politicians such as L.K. Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi. He also highlighted a recent statement by BJP chief J.P. Nadda, which claimed that the party does not rely on the RSS, prompting Kejriwal to ask how this aligns with the ideological roots of the BJP.
Kejriwal emphasized that these questions reflect the sentiments of many Indians and expressed hope that Bhagwat would thoughtfully consider them and provide answers. This move signifies a growing dialogue about the direction of Indian politics and the accountability of its leaders.
