New Delhi: The Delhi court, presided over by Special Judge Kaveri Baweja, has scheduled the decision on an application filed by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, seeking interim bail in connection with a money laundering case related to an alleged excise policy scam, for June 5.
Judge Baweja reserved the order, noting that the application pertained to interim bail on medical grounds and not an extension of the relief previously granted by the Supreme Court.
Kejriwal’s current interim relief from the apex court is set to expire on June 1, necessitating his surrender by Sunday.
