The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has rolled out an ambitious national campaign titled “11 Years of Modi Government – Sankalp Se Siddhi”, celebrating Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 11-year tenure at the helm. The campaign, aimed at showcasing key governance milestones and projecting the vision of Viksit Bharat (Developed India), was formally announced by BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh.
At the heart of the campaign lies a tribute to the Modi government’s hallmark achievements, including the recent Operation Sindoor, which earned praise for its precision and strategic impact. PM Modi described the operation as a moment of immense national pride, stating, “The courage displayed by our forces during Operation Sindoor has made every Indian proud. The precision targeting of enemy terror camps across the border has redefined counter-terrorism efforts globally.”
Structured Nationwide Rollout
The campaign features a well-defined roadmap with clear timelines. Key deadlines include:
- Formation of State Committees by May 29
- District and Mandal Committees by June 3
- State Workshops by June 2 and District Workshops by June 5
BJP National President J.P. Nadda is expected to lead a major press briefing in Delhi on June 7 or 8, following which:
- State-level press conferences will be held on June 9
- District-level conferences on June 10–11, featuring presentations highlighting governance achievements
Grassroots Engagement and Public Outreach
The BJP is also emphasizing mass public engagement through:
- ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabhas’ in every mandal
- Mohalla chaupals in urban areas
- Panchayat chaupals in rural areas
A major health initiative will focus on 100% registration of senior citizens for the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, with elected officials actively participating in door-to-door outreach.
Youth, Digital & Environmental Focus
To tap into younger and digital-savvy audiences, the party will host:
- State-level competitions for short videos, documentaries, and creative content
- District exhibitions to highlight the Modi government’s journey
Additionally, a two-month environmental drive starting on World Environment Day (June 5) will promote tree plantation and seed ball distribution across the country.
Marking 50 Years Since the Emergency
In remembrance of the 50th anniversary of the Emergency, seminars will be held to reflect on what the party describes as a “dark chapter in Indian democracy.” Felicitation events will honour Loktantra Senanis—those who resisted the Emergency—across all districts.
