Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan in Delhi for Key Meetings and Swearing-in Ceremony
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan are in Delhi, engaging in crucial discussions regarding state projects and attending the swearing-in ceremony of Delhi’s new Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta.
This morning, Naidu and Kalyan met with Union Jal Shakti Minister C.R. Patil to discuss the ₹12,000 crore allocated in the recent Union Budget for the Polavaram project. They also sought financial assistance for constructing the project’s canals, with a water transfer capacity of 17,500 cusecs.
The two leaders will attend Rekha Gupta’s swearing-in ceremony, where prominent political figures, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, are expected to be present.
Later in the day, Naidu will meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah at 3:00 PM, followed by discussions with Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan at 4:45 PM. Naidu is scheduled to conclude his visit and return to Hyderabad at 5:55 PM.
