Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu continued his official visit to New Delhi on Friday, holding a series of strategic meetings with key Union ministers to advance the state’s developmental priorities.
The Chief Minister began the day by meeting Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Prahlad Joshi, to discuss the expansion of solar energy initiatives in Andhra Pradesh. The conversation focused on leveraging the central government’s ‘PM Suryagarh Yojana’, aiming to accelerate the state’s transition toward sustainable energy through large-scale solar projects.
Accompanying the CM were Union Ministers from Andhra Pradesh, Rammohan Naidu and Dr. Pemmasani Chandrasekhar, along with other Members of Parliament. The delegation emphasized the importance of timely implementation and central support for renewable energy programs in the state.
Later in the day, Chief Minister Naidu also held discussions with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and senior BJP leader C.R. Patil. These meetings covered a range of issues concerning Andhra Pradesh’s infrastructure, security coordination, and pending matters requiring Centre-state collaboration.
The visit marks Naidu’s continued efforts to secure stronger ties with the Union Government as part of his broader mission to fast-track development and investment across Andhra Pradesh.
