Chennai: Renowned actress Nayanthara recently attended the wedding reception of acclaimed director Shankar’s daughter, Aishwarya Shankar, in Chennai. Accompanied by her filmmaker husband, Vignesh Shivan, Nayanthara looked elegant in a lilac-hued saree, complemented by a silver-toned intricate neckpiece and matching jhumkas.
A notable highlight of her ensemble was a luxurious accessory—an exquisite Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36 watch, perfectly coordinated with her saree. Known for its sleek design and robust strap, this model distinguishes itself from other Rolex collections.
This is not Nayanthara’s only Rolex timepiece. Previously, during the premiere of her film ‘Annapoorani’ in 2023, she sported another Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch, valued at Rs. 5.5 lakhs.
On the professional front, Nayanthara has completed filming for the movie ‘Test’ and is gearing up to commence shooting for ‘Dear Students.’ Produced by actor Nivin Pauly and directed by George Philip Roy and Sandeep Kumar, the film is currently in pre-production stage.
