Following the success of Thandel, Naga Chaitanya has teamed up with director Karthik Dandu, best known for Virupaksha, for an ambitious mythological thriller tentatively titled NC24. Jointly produced by BVSN Prasad under Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra (SVCC) and Sukumar Writings, the film also has Bapineedu onboard as the presenter.

The project has already generated buzz with its behind-the-scenes footage receiving an enthusiastic response from fans and industry circles alike. After wrapping up a successful first schedule, the team is now back on set with renewed energy for a fresh shooting phase that kicks off today in Hyderabad.
This one-month schedule will see Naga Chaitanya, along with the film’s key cast members, filming crucial sequences across three prominent locations in the city. A newly released image shows Chaitanya in a rugged, intense look — holding an axe and a rope — hinting at the film’s mystical and mythological undertones.
The film is being mounted on a grand scale, making it the most expensive project in Naga Chaitanya’s career to date. Ragul Dharuman is handling the cinematography, while acclaimed composer Ajaneesh B Loknath is scoring the music. Editing duties are being managed by National Award-winner Naveen Nooli.
The makers have promised to reveal the film’s official title and the remaining principal cast in the coming days, building anticipation for what is shaping up to be a unique and compelling cinematic experience.
