NTR and Prashanth Neel’s Mass-Action Film Finally Set to Begin
After much anticipation and several delays, the long-awaited collaboration between NTR and director Prashanth Neel is finally set to begin tomorrow, marking the start of a new chapter in Indian cinema. Initially announced years ago, the film was pushed back due to Neel’s commitment to Salaar, but it is now ready to hit the floors after a wait of four years.
The untitled film, which is expected to be a high-octane mass-action movie set against a period backdrop, will commence with a short initial schedule. However, NTR will not be part of this first schedule and will join the shoot in March. During this period, the team plans to film for approximately ten days.
Reports suggest that the second schedule will be much more extensive, with Prashanth Neel preparing to film key sequences featuring NTR and the main cast. Rukmini Vasanth has been confirmed as the film’s leading lady, and the team is excited about bringing this high-profile project to life.
While NTR is currently occupied with the shoot of War 2, he is expected to wrap up the NTR-Neel project before starting work on Devara 2. The film is slated for a Sankranthi 2026 release, and expectations are already high for this mass-action spectacle.
