Janasena Leader Pawan Kalyan Criticizes YSRCP Candidate Vamsi in Campaign Rally
As campaigning intensifies in Andhra Pradesh ahead of the elections, Janasena leader Pawan Kalyan has joined forces with the TDP-JSP-BJP alliance, actively engaging in electoral activities. During a recent rally in Gannavaram, Kalyan directed criticism towards YSRCP MLA candidate Vallabhaneni Vamsi.
Expressing solidarity with Chandra Babu’s wife, Bhuvaneshwari, whom he regards as a sister figure, Kalyan condemned Vamsi for purportedly disrespecting her. Recalling a past incident in the AP assembly involving Vamsi, Kalyan questioned the candidate’s moral standing to seek votes and urged voters to withhold support for him.
“I hold Sr NTR in high esteem. I’ve admired the songs in his films and even incorporated a remix of ‘Aadavari Matalaku Arthale Verule’ in one of my own movies. It deeply saddens me that his daughter, Bhuvaneswari garu, was subjected to disrespect by Vallabhaneni Vamsi. While differences with Chandrababu garu and Lokesh garu are understandable, dragging Bhuvaneshwari garu into them is unacceptable,” remarked Kalyan emotionally.
Emphasizing his close bond with Bhuvaneshwari and asserting that any insult towards her is an affront to him personally, Kalyan reiterated his party’s commitment to prioritizing the welfare and respect of women.
“Supporting Vamsi equates to disregarding the dignity of women. Therefore, let us avoid making such a mistake. I urge Janasena supporters to exercise discernment in selecting their leader. I endorse Yarlagadda Venkatrao garu as a fitting candidate to lead us here,” Kalyan concluded.
