In a heartbreaking incident, two young fans, Manikantha (23) and Charan (22), both residents of Gaigolupadu in Kakinada district, tragically lost their lives in a road accident while returning home from the pre-release event of Game Changer. The accident took place near Mukundavaram village in Rangampeta Mandal, along the Kakinada-Rajahmundry route.
Pawan Kalyan Inspects the Accident Site
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan visited the accident site today to inspect the location and understand the circumstances of the tragic event. While on his way to Pithapuram via the ADB road, Pawan Kalyan took a brief stop at the accident spot and inquired with local officials about the cause of the incident.
Support for the Victims’ Families
The pre-release event for Ram Charan’s much-anticipated film Game Changer was held in Rajahmundry on January 4, with Pawan Kalyan attending as the chief guest. Following the tragic loss of the two young lives, Pawan Kalyan extended his condolences to the bereaved families and announced a financial aid of ₹5 lakh each to the families of the deceased on behalf of his party, Jana Sena.
In a show of solidarity, actor Ram Charan and producer Dil Raju also pledged ₹5 lakh each to the families of the victims. This gesture reflects the immense compassion and support from the film industry towards the families affected by the tragedy.
