Jana Sena Party chief and actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan reiterated his belief that political power must be exercised with a deep sense of responsibility. Reflecting on the party’s founding principles, he emphasized that Jana Sena was never just about seeking votes—but about forging a path that truly benefits the people.
“Power, to me, means responsibility. That was the spirit with which I established the Jana Sena Party,” said Kalyan, speaking at a recent gathering. “From day one, our focus has been on raising public consciousness and walking the path of reform, not just political victory.”
He expressed gratitude to those who have stood by the party and promised that their trust would not be misplaced. “We have reached this stage thanks to the blessings of the people. We will ensure every necessary support is provided to continue this journey for public good.”
Prominent social activist K.S. Radhakrishnan and literary figure K. Sachidanandan were also present at the event, where the importance of principled leadership and social unity was highlighted. Discussions focused on strengthening democratic values and fostering inclusive governance.
Kalyan stressed that national leadership must prioritize unity and welfare above all. “True security comes from strong, people-oriented governance, not just private protection,” he said. He also underscored the need to curb divisive politics and promote harmony across communities.
On political strategy, Kalyan noted that forging strong alliances is not a compromise but a strategic necessity to deliver real benefits to the public. “I firmly believe that a powerful coalition can bring about meaningful change for the people,” he affirmed.
The Jana Sena leader concluded by urging supporters to remain focused on collective progress and societal transformation, reinforcing his vision of politics as a tool for service rather than personal gain.
