Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan shared insights into two significant resolutions adopted during the meeting of Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers from NDA-ruled states, held in the national capital.
Addressing the media after the high-level gathering, Pawan Kalyan stated that the first resolution celebrated the successful execution of Operation Sindoor, a strategic military response conducted by the Indian Army following the recent Pahalgam incident. The second resolution expressed unanimous support for the Centre’s proposal to conduct a nationwide caste census, a move seen as pivotal for data-driven policy formulation.
The meeting marked the first official interaction between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and NDA state leadership following Operation Sindoor. During the session, Union Ministers presented detailed briefings on the operation, underscoring its strategic significance and successful outcomes.
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, who also addressed the press, said the attendees extended their appreciation to the armed forces and Prime Minister Modi for the swift and effective handling of the situation. He added that the Prime Minister, in turn, lauded the administrative reforms recently introduced in Maharashtra.
The session is being viewed as a reaffirmation of the NDA’s coordinated approach to governance and national security, with a clear message of unity, reform, and responsiveness at both the Centre and state levels.
