Focus on Welfare Schemes
BJP leaders emphasized that the campaign will highlight the MahaYuti government’s welfare initiatives. “We will showcase the government’s welfare schemes and achievements, including the Ladli Behna Yojana, an electricity waiver benefiting 44 lakh farmers, and 58 initiatives that directly impact the public. The MahaYuti alliance is committed to showcasing its dedication to Maharashtra’s development. We aim to establish a double-engine government in the state,” stated a BJP leader.
Intensifying Campaigns
As the elections approach, both the ruling MahaYuti alliance and the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA)—comprising the Shiv Sena (UBT), NCP (Sharad Pawar faction), and Congress—are ramping up their preparations for the 288-member Maharashtra Assembly elections. The BJP, as part of the ruling MahaYuti alliance alongside the Eknath Shinde faction of the Shiv Sena and Ajit Pawar-led NCP, is gearing up for a robust campaign to secure its position in the state.
The upcoming rallies by Prime Minister Modi and other leaders are expected to play a pivotal role in shaping voter sentiment as Maharashtra heads towards the polls.
