Rachakonda Police Commissioner Provides Update on Family Dispute Involving Actor Mohan Babu
Rachakonda Police Commissioner Sudheer Babu recently addressed the ongoing family dispute involving veteran actor Mohan Babu, confirming that three cases have been registered so far. The incident, which took place within Mohan Babu’s residence, is considered a personal matter. However, the Commissioner stressed the importance of preventing any public disturbances resulting from the issue.
Sudheer Babu stated that notices had been issued to three individuals due to disruptions to law and order in the Jal Palli area. He also clarified that private individuals would no longer be allowed to remain near the actor’s residence, with Pahadi Shareef police instructed to conduct regular checks every two hours in the vicinity to maintain peace.
The Commissioner provided further details about the actions taken in response to the dispute. He confirmed that Manoj, Mohan Babu’s son, had complied with the notices and appeared before the police. As a precaution, a one-year bind-over order was issued for Manoj. In contrast, Vishnu, the actor’s other son, requested additional time to respond to the bind-over notice, which was granted until December 24.
Additionally, Commissioner Sudheer Babu revealed that Mohan Babu’s manager had been arrested based on a complaint filed by Manoj. The police are continuing to monitor the situation, ensuring that law and order are maintained throughout the investigation.
