Superstar Prabhas’ “Kalki 2898 AD” Achieves ₹1000 Crores at the Box Office; Upcoming Projects Include “Fauji,” “Raja Saab,” and “Salaar 2”
Superstar Prabhas’ latest film, Kalki 2898 AD, has achieved remarkable success, crossing the ₹1000 crore mark at the box office in record time. This impressive performance has set a positive trajectory for his forthcoming projects, which include Raja Saab, Salaar 2, and Spirit.
Among his upcoming ventures, a new project tentatively titled Fauji, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi of Sita Ramam fame, appears to be taking precedence. Reports indicate that the shoot for Fauji is slated to commence on August 22nd, a date considered auspicious for both Raghavapudi and Prabhas. The film is expected to highlight the Indian military of the 1940s, with Prabhas portraying a soldier.
Speculation is also rife about the female lead for Fauji. Pakistani actress Sajal Aly is rumored to be a potential choice, though there are reports suggesting that Mrunal Thakur or Rashmika Mandanna might also be considered, given that producer Mythri Movie Makers holds dates for both actresses.
In addition to Fauji, Prabhas is scheduled to resume work on Raja Saab, directed by Maruthi, followed by Salaar 2, ensuring a busy and exciting period ahead for the actor.
