Pushpa 2 Benefit Shows and Ticket Hike Details Revealed: Telangana Opens Bookings
The much-awaited Pushpa 2 is set to take over the screens with a special benefit show in Telangana. The state government has approved benefit shows for the film, scheduled to begin at 9:30 PM on December 4, 2024. In addition to the benefit shows, ticket prices have been increased for both single screens and multiplexes, catering to the high demand anticipated for the release.
With the government order (GO) now in place, online bookings will open shortly, with tickets available on popular platforms like BookMyShow and the newly launched District ticketing app. District, which has formed an official partnership with the makers of Pushpa 2, will be the first platform to start bookings, with the reservation window opening at 4:56 PM. Following this, BookMyShow will open its booking window shortly thereafter.
The introduction of District, a new ticketing app launched by Zomato after acquiring PayTM Insider and Ticket New, will likely impact the booking dynamics. With Pushpa 2 being one of the first major films on the platform, it is expected to draw a significant user base, potentially altering the ticket sales landscape and dividing bookings across multiple platforms.
