In what was one of the largest trailer launch events in North India, around two lakh people gathered at Gandhi Maidan to catch a glimpse of their favorite star, Allu Arjun, also known as Pushpa Raj. The Bihar government deployed over 900 policemen and 200 private security personnel to ensure the event was organized smoothly and without incident. The producers of the film, Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers, also expressed their amazement. “We have been producing films for over a decade, and we have conducted numerous events, but we have never seen a crowd like this before,” they said. Their words highlight the immense excitement surrounding Pushpa2: The Rule and the massive fanbase Allu Arjun enjoys.
This event in Patna has undoubtedly raised the bar for the promotional strategy of the film, which already had huge anticipation.
