Rajeshwari Devi, mother of late MLA YT Raja, passes away in Tanuku
Rajeshwari Devi, the mother of late YT Raja, former MLA of Tanuku, and wife of prominent industrialist Yalamarthi Narayana Chowdary, passed away yesterday in Tanuku, West Godavari district. The final rites were conducted in the evening, with noted actor Rana Daggubati, her grandson, actively participating in the funeral procession.
Rana Daggubati, accompanied by his father Suresh Babu, Rajeshwari Devi’s son-in-law, carried his grandmother’s bier as part of the final rites. The ceremony was attended by several prominent personalities, including former TDP MLA and Nidadavolu constituency in-charge Burugupalli Sesharao, who paid floral tributes and extended condolences to the bereaved family. Other TDP leaders also visited to offer their respects.
The passing of Rajeshwari Devi has left a deep sense of loss, and many mourn her departure.
